Refund policy

Returns

You are entitled to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and return goods for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are unused, in a saleable condition, with original labels, and in their original packaging. Notification should be made in writing via email.

We will accept the return of goods up to 28 days from receipt. Refunds for the cost of the goods and related postage charges will be processed within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be arranged unless the goods are returned in a saleable condition, and we do not normally refund the postage for returning the goods.

Faulty Goods

If any goods are faulty, we will do our best to replace them free of charge or pay a complete refund, including postage in both directions, once the faulty goods are returned to us.
