Postage, Packaging, and Delivery Information

Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order. It is possible to collect your orders from our mill by prior arrangement. The pick up option will appear on the Check Out page when you place your order with us. 

All prices listed below exclude 20% VAT.

Waste By-products

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail to UK 

• Up to 2kg: £12.00 (1st class), £8.00 (2nd class)
• 2kg to 5kg: £15.00 per box
• Over 5kg to 8kg: £27.00 per filled sack

We aim to send goods as quickly as possible, normally within 48-72 hours of an order being placed. If longer time is required, we will notify you. Please be aware that we operate a four day working week (Monday to Thursday only).

Limited Edition Yarns

We offer standard or tracked and recorded delivery for our UK customers and tracked and recorded delivery only for all other destinations. We use biodegradable packaging materials to send your order.

UK Postal Charges

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £4.80 for parcels up to 1kg in weight
• Tracked & Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): £7.80 for parcels up to 2kg in weight

International Postal Charges

We send parcels by International Tracked service with Royal Mail International. 

We can also arrange a courier service. Please ask for details or click this link: Royal Mail prices

Please note we are unable to process orders or send Mill Waste and By-Products outside of the UK.
