Plain Ribbed Hat, made from 60% Guanaco and 40% Blue-Faced Leicester wool

Our Sustainable Materials and Process:

The Guanaco is from Penryn, Cornwall and the Blue-Faced Leicester from Honiton, Devon. This unique blend of Guanaco (with guard hairs/without being de-haired) and BFL yarn was created originally as a research and development project and is now being reused/repurposed.

 This beautiful hat was knitted on a hand-powered, knitting machine and hand-finished using no electricity in our mill, overlooking the factory where we produced the yarns, all created with an impressively low carbon footprint.  Our tags are made from 100% wood and produced from waste from a local timber manufacturer and sewed on by hand with 100% Merino yarn and stamped with a non-toxic and acid-free ink.  

Washing instructions:
